We agree on a set number of hours or deliverables per month, and I become your embedded design partner for that period. You get consistent, senior-level creative support without the overhead of hiring in-house. Most retainers run on a rolling monthly basis with a minimum commitment of three months.

It depends on scope. A focused project like a pitch deck can take a few days to 2 weeks. A brand refresh or a set of marketing assets can take 1–6 weeks. Ongoing retainers are monthly by nature. We'll agree on timelines before anything starts.

Most of my clients are based in the UK, US, and Europe. I work remotely and across time zones without it ever being an issue.
