What is a Retainer?
A retainer is having a professional graphic designer available to you for any graphic design needs for the same fixed fee every month. I will allocate dedicated hours exclusively to you every month.

Frequently asked questions.
What type of graphics?
Newsletters, Flyers, Brochures, Stationery, Presentations, Internal & External Communications, Advertising Campaigns, Email Templates and Social Media
What is the commitment?
3 month minimum commitment. Invoice will be issued on the 1st of the month and payment should be made by the 10th of the month latest. Hours do not rollover. If extra hours are required, they will be charged at the hourly rate of $100. Don't worry, I will update you when we are getting near the 25 hour mark!
What's not included?
Font licenses, stock photography and other materials that need licenses will be discussed and added to the next invoice. Website building and maintenance and anything that requires coding also not included. Social media management such as posting also not included.
